love the tail as a weapon and a bit of rock flying out. ROCKSMASH
NO emotion when whacking = best.
attack is just horrible. 2 water energy for 40 its just bad.
1 water for 40 would be better.
2nd attack bubblebeam w and a double colorless it does 60 and a paralyzed effect when flip heads is good.
as playable goes i would give 2/5
